Over the past 13 years, Adam Dickinson has become well known in the community as a residential real estate broker who provides his clients with honest insight and superior service. In that time he has sold 550+ homes with a total value of $350,000,000+. As a Duke MBA with real estate development and construction experience, Adam quickly became a standout performer in the market and has remained at the top of his field. Adam was ranked #13 of nearly 16,000 area agents by the Triangle Business Journal in 2021, and has been a top 3 finisher in the Indy Week and Durham Magazine “Best Of" surveys. After 10 years as a solo broker, Adam decided the best way to continue offering great service and achieve sustained business growth was to form the Adam Dickinson Realty Group. Rounding out his team are Realtors Teisha Wymore, Aryn Baker, Carolyn Kinneen and Business Manager Dahlia Walker. Together, our team works with the rest of Nest Realty in our downtown Durham office, meeting the needs of the market, and exceeding the expectations of our clients. Adam’s true passion for real estate began while working with his father's residential construction company. Along with his new construction experience, Adam has a deep appreciation for historical homes and neighborhoods.
