Waiting for the perfect interest rate, the perfect market, or the perfect time to buy can keep you sitting on the sidelines longer than you intended.

Millennials… we survived the early 2000’s, graduated into a mess of an economy, watched the cost of literally EVERYTHING skyrocket, and somehow figured out adulthood while Googling how to do it. 😂

You really think a rise in interest rates is going to be the thing that takes us out?

We’ve been through worse. We’ve adapted, pivoted, and figured things out before. We can do it again. 💪🏼

Is the market different? Absolutely. Does that mean homeownership is out of reach? Not necessarily.

The key is having the right strategy, understanding your numbers, and working with someone who knows how to help you navigate the market instead of just telling you to wait.
