Being a listing agent is SO much more than putting a sign in the yard and taking pretty pictures. đĄ
Itâs a complex job that requires strategy, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and sometimes⌠the willingness to have the tough conversations.
Sometimes that means telling a seller that the house needs some work before it hits the market.
Sometimes it means saying, âI know you love that paint color, but buyers probably arenât going to.â đ
And sometimes, the reality is that a seller simply doesnât have the time, money, or ability to make all of the recommended updates.
And thatâs okay.
My job isnât to judge you. My job is to help you understand how those things can impact your homeâs marketability, buyer pool, and ultimately, the price.
Iâm never going to tell you what you want to hear just to win your listing.
Iâm going to tell you what I believe you need to hear so we can make the smartest decision for your situation.
Because sometimes spending $5,000 to prepare a home can help you get significantly more in the sale.
And sometimes, the smartest move is to do less and price accordingly.
Thatâs where having the right listing agent matters.
If youâre thinking about selling and want an honest conversation about what your home needsâand what it doesnâtâsend me a message. Letâs talk before you make a single decision. đ˛
