Not every home for sale in Boise is priced the way it should be.

And not every homeowner is as firm as they seem.

Sometimes the listing is already telling you there’s room to negotiate. You just have to know what to look for. 👀

Swipe through for the signals I check every time a client finds a home they love.

There are a few other signs that a trusted agent can help you spot.

Things like a home that’s been expired and re-listed (there are a lot of recycled listings hitting the market lately)...

or ones where the data shows it’s overpriced for that neighborhood (we pull actual data for our clients and show them where the home should be priced depending on condition).
