If you’re a Detroit Lions fan in Denver, I’ve found your game day spot! 🦁

Since the Bears weren’t playing on Sunday, I decided to venture into enemy territory and check out Candlelight Tavern at 383 S Pearl Street in Denver.

This neighborhood dive bar is known for its burgers, affordable drinks, pool, darts, shuffleboard, and a crowd of Lions fans ready to cheer on Detroit. They’re open at 10 AM on weekends, and Sunday specials include $9 burgers and $4.75 Coors Lights. The burgers did not disappoint!

I’ll always be a Bears fan first, but I have to give the Lions fans credit for having a great place to watch football in Denver. 😂

That being said, the official NFC North Fan Rankings are as follows:
1. Bears
(Comically large gap)
2. Lions
(An even larger gap)
3. Vikings
(A gap even larger than the previous gap. Think of a Grand Canyon sized gap)
4. Packers
