Real Estate Scam Alert! There will be videos like this bragging about a property being for rent at below market value price, that should be your first question mark. The second is the phone number not matching the area code of the home for sale. Third, go check online for yourself. If you don’t see it for rent anywhere on Google, than it isn’t real. Better be safe than sorry

There are different loan and grant options for those looking to stretch the payments out. There are also rebate options for the direct supplier.
