Dear William Raveis Family:

Our 49th Awards celebration continues...with Fairfield, Westchester, and New York City agents coming together on March 7 and two more planned for Florida in April. Thanks to you, our Raveis Nation is truly energized and having a great time networking, taking selfies, posting videos, and reconnecting at our regional events!

Tom Ferry, the number one real estate coach in the U.S. has called me a "wartime general". In fact, that is exactly what I had to become to rally our troops and ensure our company survived during the tumultuous period covered in my third book, "The Vision and The Passion". My hope for the book is that through telling my story and sharing my experiences across nearly half a century in business, people will see how to build and grow a company in the face of myriad scenarios and, at times, seemingly overwhelming odds. Only in America could this happen.

We are a family-owned business that cares about its people and that will never go away. We are in a great spot. We have been in business for 50 years and our business model is stronger than ever!

Whereas Wall Street-funded real estate companies are losing hundreds of millions of dollars and their business model is at risk. They will face challenges over the next several months. Again, after 50 years, our company is stronger than ever.

My postscript is one of the most important chapters in the book. It's about my immigrant family's lessons, which are about helping each other, enjoying life, and being part of a family that cares for each other. It is the foundation for our company as well as the foundation for my baby and fourth book, "The Ten Noble Rules of Compassionate Leadership"...very special. From my family, I learned what no business school could ever teach you.

Dear William Raveis Family:

Congratulations to all our 49th Annual William Raveis Award Winners! This year, we are honoring your outstanding achievements in person at our three Regional Networking & Awards Events in the Northeast along with two Florida Events scheduled for mid-April.

Thanks to you, our West Hartford gathering on Feb 28 turned out to be a winter afternoon full of inspiration, energy, and enthusiasm. After a warm welcome by Chris and Ryan, top producers and managers heard from our very own Katie Clancy from our Yarmouth Port office. Katie draws from her personal experience to illustrate how failure can be turned into success. She suggests agents have a clear plan, not only to build and maintain their businesses but to also build and maintain themselves. According to Katie, being amazing is really hard work and she shares her 10 pillars of career and personal success.

At the Massachusetts Regional Event on March 2 Byron Lazine, mega team leader from our Guilford office, encouraged agents to develop accountability. Creating a contract with yourself, both personally and professionally, before signing real estate contracts is key to thriving in the 2023 marketplace. Byron is also the guest speaker for today's Fairfield/Westchester County Regional Event.

After the general session, agents enjoyed an hour of cocktails and networking followed by Chris and Ryan's awards presentation. We have a beautiful trophy, candy dish, or business card tray custom-made by Woodbury Pewter for our Club Awards, along with a swag bag that includes my latest book, The Vision and the Passion. This book has quite a number of new discoveries and ideas to enjoy along with my baby book, The Ten Noble Rules of Compassionate Leadership.

Throughout the events, we had marketing specialists on hand to help create Studio One videos and agents are continuing to post their success on Agent Icon, FB, and Instagram. In this issue of Tell-All Tuesday, we have great photos and videos to share with more highlights from our Fairfield/Westchester County Regional Event coming next week.
