I love most of these! It would be great to have them come back into style! (I do love my luxury vinyl floors) I would LOVE a whole house with radiant floors! A mudroom is a must in New England! Two sinks also! What else would you add to the list?

This is good advice but I still recommend a good home inspector - they will find most of this. I do not understand #17 - is it a joke? Blood seeping through the walls???? Child giggling?? Is it haunted?
