A huge huge huge congratulations to Cierra and Jerry on the purchase of their very first house. It was a long journey. We went through a lot of crappy homes. I am grateful for your patience and understanding. Also I appreciate the comedy and fun memories. I think I did well by Rose in titanic and I think I opened your eyes up to the wonderful gay world a bit lol. I cannot thank to both enough for letting me be a part of this. You both are amazing and fun to be around. Cierra if you ever need a model just remember Ste Genevieve lol. And a huge thank you to Zach Maddock at guild for making this closing happen
