I'm sure you've heard some of the many sound bites lately about the real estate industry. How we help people in Wisconsin has been different for many years and even more consumer protective than what the NAR (National Association of Realtors) is requiring us to do as of tomorrow. It's the reason that Wisconsin wasn't named in any lawsuits or copycat lawsuits.

I am not concerned about the changes because they really don't impact much of what my local cohorts and I, experienced and ethical agents, have been doing for decades.

I am confident that my current and past clients will agree that I worked in their best interest and that everything is/was spelled out clearly in our conversations, the contracts, the transaction. All is well.
