Thirty years in the beauty industry teaches you one thing above everything else — people are everything. That's exactly what Kristi Clark brought with her when she stepped into real estate, and it's exactly why she fits right in at Arise Realty Group.
For Kristi, there wasn't one single moment that made it click. It was an accumulation — transaction after transaction, relationship after relationship. "It's more of the relationships you build with the people you help," she says. "I truly care for all of my clients, past and present. I'm just a people person." After three decades of doing that in a salon chair, she transitioned seamlessly into doing it across the closing table.
And when you get to know Kristi, there's a lot more than meets the eye. She took ballet for 13 years and performed in the Macon production of The Nutcracker in middle school. Her favorite spots in Middle Georgia? Luis Mexican Food and Grill and 7Brew. Oh — and her favorite music genre is 80s and 90s metal. She contains multitudes.
But what really drives Kristi right now is a little girl named Scarlett. Her granddaughter — who turns one in September — was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic, lifelong disease. At every closing, Kristi donates to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Scarlett's honor. "Real estate will help in that regard," she says simply. That's the kind of purpose that changes the way you show up for every client.
Married 32 years. Two grown kids. One granddaughter who has her whole heart. And a career built entirely on caring about people.
