Free rent while your kiddo goes to CSU?

Kind of- let me explain. I am just wrapping up another listing for a client who purchased a home for their kiddo while in College here at CSU. It was such a great choice!! The best part is, not only did the student have an amazing and safe experience in a great environment curated by mom and dad for their greatest investment their child’s education, but they broke even on living expenses post-sale.
