Hi I'm Andrea, your Northern Colorado Realtor helping buyers and sellers in Fort Collins and surrounding communities make confident moves with local insight, care, and a personal touch. Since 2005 I have been actively selling new construction and have worked with some of the top builders in the Northern Colorado market. I am currently selling in some of the most successful subdivisions including Thompson River Ranch (Oakwood Homes), Bucking Horse (Jamestown Builders and Bellismo, Inc. - Single Family), Bucking Horse Town Homes (Bellisimo, Inc.), Le Jardin (NatureCraft Builders) and recently Sold out the Sidehill Condos (Bellisimo, Inc.). I have had the privilege of working with developers from the beginning stages of creating a subdivision all the way to selling lots, and then ultimately their new homes they have built. My span of knowledge includes: new home sales training and selling, marketing and advertising for residential and commercial properties, escrow and assistance to top commercial and residential Realtors, and ample knowledge of investments from kiddie condos to multi-family and single family investments. My family has a long and successful track record in the real estate business. Both my father, Ron, and my brother, Ryan, are active and well-respected in the real estate industry.
