For Jessica Gerz, Southwest Florida isn’t just where she sells real estate—it’s home.
Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Jessica has called the area home for 43 years and is now raising her own family here. That lifelong connection gives her an understanding of the area that goes well beyond knowing neighborhoods and home prices. She has watched Southwest Florida grow and change and understands the different lifestyles, communities and property types that make this area unique.
As a Realtor with SWFL Choice Realty, Jessica works with local buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida and has experience with everything from traditional residential homes and HOA communities to non-HOA properties, acreage, vacant land, waterfront homes and Gulf-access properties.
Her background in land surveying provides another layer of knowledge that she brings to her clients. Jessica is comfortable working with acreage and land, reading and interpreting flood maps, understanding flood zones and helping clients identify important questions to ask when evaluating a property. Whether a buyer is purchasing land with plans to build in the future, searching for an existing acreage home, looking for Gulf access or simply trying to find the right neighborhood for their family, Jessica takes the time to understand what matters to them.
Her approach to real estate is straightforward: listen first, communicate clearly and put the client’s best interests at the center of the transaction. Jessica’s clients know her for being thorough, communicative and willing to work hard to find what they’re looking for or get their home sold.
In 2026, Jessica has worked on 17 transactions totaling more than $5 million in sales—a reflection of the trust her clients place in her and the hands-on approach she brings to each transaction.
While Jessica loves helping the people who already call Southwest Florida home, there’s something especially rewarding about helping someone finally make the move they’ve dreamed about for years. She understands that for many people, moving to Florida isn’t an impulsive decision—it’s a goal they’ve talked about, planned for and imagined for a long time.
