September 30 will officially mark 10 years since I got my real estate license.

When I started, I thought being a Realtor was mostly about buying and selling houses.

Ten years later, I know it’s so much more than that.

It’s helping people make big decisions.
It’s knowing when to push forward and when to slow down.
It’s negotiating when the details matter.
It’s helping someone see possibilities they may not have considered.

And somewhere along the way, I realized this business has taught me just as much about people, business and myself as it has about real estate.

I’m proud of the experience I’ve gained, grateful for the people who have trusted me along the way, and honestly… still learning.
