When we tour homes, usually they are void of personality and sit waiting for the next owner to make it their own.

My absolute favorite part of my job is visiting my clients as they make their new home uniquely their own.

I got to visit Jared Schwartz & Megan last week & it was so special to see them FINALLY in the home we fought tooth and nail for.

Their first time buying a home will go down as one of the craziest transactions, but they never waivered and continued being SMART buyers👩‍🎓

I’m so honored they chose us to go to bat for them & can’t wait to see the memories they make there🫶🏻✨🏠

It’s our 5 year anniversary of buying our first home and I’m feeling sentimental and wanted to share some pictures from the first week of ownership🥹

We went straight from closing to rip up 3 inch thick carpet and knock down walls with our friends while drinking beer and eating pizza.

This will be the little house we reminisce on ‘figuring it out’ together 50 years down the road.

So thankful for all the help our parents, especially my dad, gave us in renovating it into our cozy little home ✨

Gosh, I love settlement days. Especially when this incredible couple has had a long search. We saw lots of houses, drove a lot of miles, wrote a few offers, had some bad inspections, but at the end of the day they never got desperate and never settled.

We found the perfect home for them (with space to work on car projects!!) and it wouldn’t have happened without all the hurdles.

Trust the process🫶🏻✨

Also s/o to Nick Comeau for being on his A game for every offer scenario, loan estimate, and question along the way. It takes a team!💪
