🏗️ Frisco's next major destination is taking shape. The $800 million Fields West development is expected to transform North Frisco into one of the region's premier shopping, dining and entertainment hubs when it begins opening in late 2027. The walkable district will feature 360,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space, and more than 1,100 luxury apartments. More than 35 businesses have already been confirmed, with even more announcements still on the way.
