Meet the Team: Kim Bosshardt

Kim Bosshardt has been practicing real estate law for over 20 years after graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 2003. She is one of the few Board Certified Real Estate Attorneys in Florida.

At Bosshardt Title, Kim oversees all title orders, conducts closings, and reviews title commitments and policies to help ensure every transaction runs smoothly.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She is also active in the community, serving with organizations such as Dance Alive National Ballet and the Community Foundation of North Florida.
