Zonia Garcia - Realtor Helping BUYERS And SELLERS MOVE! Her first 2 years in real estate were with Weichert Realtors in Manassas. In 1996, she made the move to Prudential Carruthers.

Zonia has been a full-time residential real estate professional, licensed in Virginia since 1994, and the District of Columbia since 2018. In 2011 the company became Prudential PenFed Realty and in 2013 the company became Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty. She holds a degree in Architecture and keeps up with the continuing changes in the real estate industry through education and certifications. Zo

nia's work ethic, commitment and passion to help others puts her in the top 5% of all Berkshire Hathaway Agents nationwide. Zonia specializes in first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, investment and relocation buyers as well as sellers. With Spanish being her first language, she uses her years of experience, negotiation, and communication skills to educate and assist the Hispanic community in achieving the American dream of homeownership. Zonia participates in community service events through All Saints Catholic Church in Manassas. Zonia holds the Lifetime Top Producer credential with PWAR. She is an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors NoVa Metro Chapter in which she served as president in 2013 and as treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors Virginia in 2017 and 2018. She currently serves in various committees on a local level and she is the 2023 VA State President of Women’s Council of Realtors. Zonia was honored to receive the 2015 Salesperson of the Year award and has been a PWAR member since 1997. She has served on many committees. She currently serves on the PWAR Grievance Committee and is also an RPAC supporter. She has been married for 31 years, has three children, and loves to travel, walk and dance.
