Day 2 of the West Coast van trip.

La Verne → Goleta → Pismo Beach → San Luis Obispo.

Today included traffic on the 101, working from a Planet Fitness parking lot, Wilson getting a puppy burger in Pismo Beach, and finally slowing down long enough to enjoy dinner and a bottle of wine at Luna Red after 96 alcohol-free days.

One of the things I love most about these trips is how chaotic and grounding they somehow are at the same time. Real estate doesn’t stop just because we’re on the road - but honestly, neither do we.

Tomorrow we continue north toward Monterey.

The Roaming Realtors are officially back on the road. ☀️🚐

Starting the trip with a Starbucks stop before making our way toward Los Angeles for the first stretch of our West Coast van adventure.

One of the best parts about what we do is being able to take our business on the road while continuing to help clients all across Arizona.

And yes… Wilson insisted on riding shotgun.

Yesterday:
📍 Home showings in Prescott
📍 Listing consultation in Tucson

Today:
📍 Offer submitted for one of our Prescott buyers
📍 New Tucson listing officially signed
📍 Staging consultation completed for an upcoming Queen Creek listing
📍 Another listing appointment already scheduled for tomorrow

While most people are easing into a slow Sunday morning, Tim & I are covering opposite ends of Arizona today.

I’m headed north to Prescott to show homes while Tim heads south to Tucson to sign a new listing.

Days like today are a reminder of how grateful we are for the trust our clients place in us - whether that means helping someone buy, sell, relocate, or start a brand new chapter somewhere across the state.

A lot of miles today… but not a bad view for the drive. ☀️🏔️

Not oversized. Not high maintenance.
Just enough space - and a backyard that’s essentially all pool.

Another one closed - and this one meant so much to us!

These clients started out as neighbors of ours here in . While we didn’t know each other well at first, that changed pretty quickly along the way.

We helped them sell their home (under contract in just 5 days) and then successfully navigate the purchase of their next home here in Gilbert - all within a pretty condensed stretch of time.

That kind of timing and coordination doesn’t happen by accident - it takes a clear strategy on both the sale and the purchase side.

This is one of the parts of real estate people don’t always see - you’re not just guiding a transaction, you’re helping people through a major life transition.

Some build.

This one built.

We launched with a very intentional strategy - strong presentation, aggressive positioning, and pricing designed to stand out… especially against nearby homes priced significantly higher.

And then, for a few weeks, things were… quiet.

Not because of the home - but because of timing.

The market paused. Buyers hesitated. External factors started weighing on decision-making in a real way.

So we stayed patient. Stayed consistent.
And trusted the strategy.

Then the shift happened.

Showing activity picked up quickly, momentum started building, and within days - we found ourselves navigating multiple offers and two full days of negotiations to put our seller in the strongest possible position.
