This is a Christmas Cactus. It belonged to my grandmother who passed away in 1987 and I’m pretty sure she had it for at least 15 years. Unlike other cacti 🌵, it likes water and light. I estimate this plant to be about 50 years old. It is older than my kids. I just learned that Christmas Cactus can live for 100 years. Not sure how I feel knowing this plant can out live me 🤔Merry Christmas to all 🎄🎅🏻🎁

To say the home buying experience is a “process” and an “adventure” is an understatement. Just ask my buyers of this fabulous property!

When I looked back at my early email exchange, I realized we started looking together in October 2021, more than a year before we closed. Over the course of the past year we rode the wave of a wild market which included long lines at open houses, strong offers that were disappointingly still outbid by another buyer and properties that didn’t live up to our expectations. Despite setbacks we forged on until just the right home became available and as my buyers would agree, you just know when you’ve founds the right one that checks all the boxes!
