About Byron Development:

Byron Development, LLC, is currently one of the largest residential lot developers in the Triad. Since 2012, through several of its related entities, Byron delivers residential lots to private, and, publicly traded builders. Byron works with the many of the top 25 national builders, as well as regional, and local private custom-spec builders here in the Triad.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

· Learn the process of land development - pre-planning phases to delivery of land ready to be built upon

· Acquire an in-depth understanding of the infrastructures, various systems, and utilities associated with land development.

· Inspect current projects and existing developments

· Track and report weekly development progress

· Assist the On Site Operations Manager with site meetings, scheduling, and inspections

· Work directly with engineers, contractors, and county/city personnel

· Create strong working relationships with the companies, contractors, city/county municipalities and other contacts the company interacts with each day

· This position will report to the On-Site Operations Manager and COO of Byron Development.

Skills and Qualifications for the position:

-Aptitude to understand land development processes and stages

-Comfortable communicating in professional settings

-Ability to read construction plans

-Proficiency working with computers; experience with excel, PDF’s, and electronic documentation.
