Cheers to my Cali people moving back to the east coast 🙌 We’d been talking for months about their trip here and the house they were in love with did a big price drop and they were ready to put in an offer sight unseen!

Parents drove in VA and we spent hours looking at it and put in an offer the next morning.
It truly was love at first sight 😍

They came a 2 weeks later for the original scouting trip and they loved it even more in person.

Cheers to this sweet couple - Engaged and buying their first house! 🙌
We looked at some really bad houses - and then we decided to expand their search. They drove around for 5 hours and called from outside of the house and begged me to show it. Low and behold that we were at the house AFTER the offer deadline. I called andbegged the agent - I stalked her and her husband. Honeybadger much?!?! 🦡
By the time I arrived home, they’d verbally accepted our offer. 🎉
I couldn’t be more thrilled for them. This is exactly what they were looking for. ✅

The icing on the cake - finding a laundry chute at the final walk-through. Sure the attic wasn’t cleaned out, but the laundry was the total score 🧺
