Huge congratulations to Liz and Tim on the closing of their new home. They saw many homes, but knew right away this was the "one"
It wasn't easy as this home had many interested parties. But, with the right plan, they ended up coming out on top.

I am so excited for them and am proud to have played a small part in this new, exciting chapter. Congratulations 🎊

Successful closing on a great country home. When a client/friend comes back for your help multiple times, it means the world. Thank you to Christine and Jordan for their continued trust on not 1, not 2, but 3 homes 🏠🏠🏠.
I wish you all the best in your new chapter. I know you will miss this home but are excited for new beginnings.

Congratulations to my client, Jennifer on the sale of her property and the purchase of her new home.

I have closed many homes with Jennifer, and I value her continued friendship and trust. Leaving a home behind where you have made so many memories is hard. It does make it a little easier when you are able to find what you have been looking for.

Here's to a new chapter and new memories being made.

Thank you to Jennifer K. Davis at Rate NMLS 253718 for fantastic work to help make this possible.

Two closings this past Friday. One of them happy and one of them bitter-sweet. My client was able to close on her family's home of over 30 years and her new home on the same day.

Leaving so many memories behind in her beautiful home was a hard thing to do. But being able to move on, make new memories, and start a new life with new opportunities is exciting.

Thank you, Juliana for allowing me to assist you in a small way with this major event in your life. It means so much to me that you trusted me to help.

What an amazing day to show houses. I love showing houses in a quiet, country setting. Beautiful.
