Two closings this past Friday. One of them happy and one of them bitter-sweet. My client was able to close on her family's home of over 30 years and her new home on the same day.

Leaving so many memories behind in her beautiful home was a hard thing to do. But being able to move on, make new memories, and start a new life with new opportunities is exciting.
