All I gotta say when I get home is “let’s go to work” and she’s headed straight for the office.

She takes her position pretty seriously too… clocks in, finds her spot, sleeps for a few hours, collects her pets. Solid gig honestly.

We’re building something real with the Steadfast Vanguard Group. Not just a name or a logo, but a culture that’s ours.

We motivate each other. We learn from each other. We push each other to grow. And looking at how far we’ve come in just the last year… we’re only getting started. 🏆

One of my favorite things about real estate is that no two situations ever look the same. 📱💭

Whether it’s helping a seller get their home SOLD or helping a buyer find the place that just makes sense, that’s what keeps this business interesting.

Every home, every person & every situation calls for a different approach.

The pricing matters. The preparation matters. The strategy matters. But knowing what someone is actually trying to accomplish & helping them make the right moves to get there… that matters even more.

Nothing more satisfying than getting to help friends & clients once again!

This journey started back in February with a simple conversation about what selling could look like and going over ALL their options. Fast forward to July… I got the call that they were ready to ROCK & ROLL!

We knew we needed to sell AS-IS, so we came up with a game plan, brought in some awesome cleaners, got the home ready & positioned it right. Within a couple weeks and a handful of showings, we secured the right buyer!

Then appraisal threw us some items that needed brought up to code. 🔨🦺

I was more than happy to put the handyman skills to work, from gathering needed materials, installing a handrail, knocking out a couple electrical items & getting a downspout taken care of to keep us moving!

My dad always taught me there’s no such thing as “I can’t.” If there’s something I can do to help my people get across the finish line, I’m jumping in!

I’ve always led with my heart in this business, and that’s something I’ll never change.

HUGE congratulations to my sellers & thank you for trusting me again! I genuinely appreciate everyone’s team work all around.

Huge congratulations to Tiffany & Reyes on closing on their VERY FIRST home!

What a cool process this one was all around! 🏡

We looked at our fair share of homes along the way. Some had the space but needed quite a bit of work, while others were in great shape but just didn’t have enough room. 😂

No matter what we walked into, I made sure these guys had the knowledge they needed to decide if that home truly made sense for them.

Being a good agent isn’t just about selling homes… it’s about helping people buy the RIGHT one. Spotting potential issues, being honest about what I see, and making sure my clients know what they’re getting into before making a decision.

Then we found THE ONE. Plenty of space, a great yard, HUGE outbuilding, fenced in lot… it checked the boxes these guys had been searching for!

Yesterday, they officially CLOSED on their new home! 🎉🙌🏻

Congratulations guys!! It’s been an honor helping you through this process, and I’m pumped for you guys to make this place your own!

Alright friends, we just had a pretty awesome price improvement on my sellers home, and their home is now at an AMAZING price for the market! 🏡🙌🏻

My sellers are already under contract on their future home, and now we need to find the perfect buyer for their home!

This home really offers A LOT for its price.

How about a HUGE congrats to Wayne, Terrie & Mary! You guys are officially the proud owners of your new home!

Bigger space, more storage, 3 more garage spaces & nearly 5X the yard. How cool is that?!

If you saw my post yesterday, I helped Mary officially sell her home in Circleville. But at the same time, we were on the hunt for a home that gave them the extra space & storage they were looking for.

We landed on this one & everyone was excited… but I wish it was as simple as that. 😮‍💨

The inspection brought up some concerns, and I remember getting the call shortly after the inspection that they didn’t think they wanted to move forward anymore.

And I completely understood. What’s meant to be will be. But before we walked away, we decided to talk through everything together & at least give the sellers a chance to address the things that were deal breakers for us.

So that’s exactly what we did… and they agreed to take care of them!

Beyond thankful everyone worked together to make today happen & thanks Jennifer Kiser Davis for doing an amazing job as always helping them with the financing end of things!

Congratulations guys & HAPPY MOVING DAY 🙂
