“We’ve seen everything on Zillow without any luck. If you can find a waterfront home with a two-slip dock, tucked in a cove away from the main lake, preferably a large garage with minimal HOA fees, the we would definitely come take a look.”

This was a very sweet closing! This little lady is 98 years young, and she sold her home she had lived in for over forty years.
