Excellent information from the county!!!

Franklin County Pennsylvania property owners now have an added layer of security in protecting their properties, thanks to the county’s Register & Recorder’s Office.

Property owners can register for Landex Record Alert to receive notifications any time a document is filed referencing the property’s county-assigned, 20-character tax parcel identification number. There is no fee to register to receive alerts. While this notification tool is not intended to replace services offered by paid title security companies, Landex Record Alert provides property owners an optional, added layer of security, knowing they could be notified any time a document is filed or corrected in the Franklin County Register & Recorder’s Office.

This WV cute house closed on Close Drive today. Both sellers initially wanted to pre-sign then something changed that allowed one of the sellers to attend closing. Inadvertently, it caused an overlapping of schedules and I couldn’t be in two places at once. I stayed committed to the first commitment that was scheduled in MD but had everything ready to allow conveyance of title in WV to keep both on track. Congratulations to the sellers and buyers! Wishing everyone many great future memories on their new homes.

As I drove back the lane this morning, I couldn’t help but smile to see my clients came prepared and ready to take occupancy of their first home that they took ownership of 30 mins later. Congratulations Dennis and Eliza!!!

This was absolutely one of the most heartfelt and beautiful transactions from start to the deed recordation. No matter how forceful the wrench was thrown to this group for the like-new condition floor hurdle WE all stayed strong together and tackled the challenge, especially Jason Konopaske and Sergei Isparyan with Barrett Financial Group. I reached out and asked Michael Lichtenberg Jr. to join in with our shocking flooring challenge. Mike happily provided us a document allowing us to push the process trekking along. Although Jason isn’t the photo, we had him on FaceTime bring everyone together for a celebration at the closing table as we threw away that wrench.
