However, the reality is, the transaction was smooth because they made it that way as the Sellers! They were physically and energetically ready for a successful sale. They spent immense time and effort prepping the house. It showed flawlessly and they accommodated every showing which was requested. Both sellers were in agreement on their next step of life, the price point, and the marketing plan. They trusted me and themselves. This is alignment… and alignment allows good things to happen in our lives. When we reduce the resistance in our lives we allow for ease and abundance to flow naturally, without pressure. It doesn’t eradicate the hard work… but it makes the payoff sweeter!
