A few months ago, these two were complete strangers to me…and now they’re standing in front of their new home. 🥹🏡

We looked at a few properties, but they just couldn’t get this one out of their minds. So we got strategic—putting together an offer that was strong for the seller while still negotiating a price my buyers felt good about.

A good reminder that the strongest offer isn’t always the highest price. The terms matter, too!

So happy we went back for the one they couldn’t stop thinking about. 🤍
