You’ve heard me say it before, and I’ll keep saying it: WHO you work with matters!

My amazing staging partner, Hartman Homes LLC, dropped off this beautiful gift on my porch this week, and can we just take a moment for the packaging?! 😍 Absolutely top-notch and classy… although I wouldn’t expect anything less from Megan!

As Realtors, we’re constantly approached by contractors, tradespeople, vendors, and businesses that serve the real estate industry. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to build an incredible network of people I can confidently recommend to my clients—and Hartman Homes is absolutely one of them.

Calling all my CPA friends… I need a professional opinion. 👀

Can I write off my hot tub as a necessary business expense for being a real estate agent? Because friends, the stress can get real, REAL sometimes—and soaking away the chaos feels less like a luxury and more like essential equipment. 😂

Can you spot me? Bonus points if you recognize me before zooming in! I may have changed a little, but I’m pretty sure the personality was already fully developed. 🤣

As much as we sometimes complain about social media, I’m truly grateful it has allowed me to stay connected with several of these classmates from many, many moons ago. Some friendships—and apparently some hairstyles—are unforgettable! ❤️
