What a month! As we move through the busy Spring market, I’m incredibly grateful to share that May was filled with multiple homes SOLD, several properties UNDER CONTRACT, and exciting new LISTINGS hitting the market.
While Spring is traditionally one of the busiest times in real estate, it’s also been a challenging market to navigate. From changing inventory levels to competitive offers and shifting buyer expectations, every transaction requires strategy, persistence, and dedication.
