Doug and Tara Simmons, Sold By Simmons We are both full-time, high-producing Realtors who specialize in the S. Denver area. We've been married for 21 years and have two teenagers in the house.

We’ve won multiple awards from the South Denver Metro Realtor Association and Berkshire Hathaway’s Chairman’s Circle. Some recent accolades from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices are Diamond status (top 1/2 of 1%) and 5-year Legend Award within the company nationwide. We were also recognized as one of the top 3 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices teams in the state of Colorado for the 4th quarter of 2022, and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2023. While Tara has been in Real Estate for 20 years now, Doug started off as a teacher. He taught middle school pre-algebra for 8 years and loooooong story short ended up joining Tara on this Real Estate journey 10 years ago. We've never looked back! During our free time, Doug loves the outdoors, especially skiing and snowboarding. Tara spends a lot of time on the tennis court and as a family, we travel whenever we can. We've even had the opportunity to shoot promotional travel videos in France, Italy, Japan, and South Dakota with companies like Disney & Royal Caribbean! That's just a little about us.
