Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Trent interned with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, gaining valuable experience in the financial services industry. He looks forward to building relationships, expanding his industry knowledge, and growing his career alongside our Industrial Services team.

Stephen Ghedi and Lawton Anderson represented the seller, Crescere Capital, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Rivergate Capital.

Matt specializes in owner-user transactions, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and sourcing land for users and developers alike. Throughout his career, he has partnered with property owners, investors, developers, and business operators to deliver strategic real estate solutions that support both operational and investment goals.

Before joining Moody Rambin, Matt served as Vice President at Transwestern, where he advised clients on industrial leasing and sales, project leasing, investment transactions, and tenant representation. His earlier career in the offshore energy industry gives him a unique understanding of the operational challenges facing industrial users, manufacturers, logistics providers, and supply chain companies.

Wyatt brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate investment sales and advisory services. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and a concentration in Finance and Real Estate, he previously worked at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets nationwide.
