Showing day comes with surprises! Funny now, but it's a real lesson for sellers: air the house out before a showing, especially if something's been cooking. Buyers form an impression fast, and smell sticks with them longer than square footage does. Make sure the air is fresh before anyone walks in, it can make all the difference.
