Congratulations to InterContinental Indianapolis, an IHG Hotel Executive Chef Craig Baker on earning his second World Chef Championship title at the 2026 World Food Championships in Indianapolis.

Chef Baker's victory advances him to the Final Table in 2027, where he will compete for the title of World Food Champion.

An extraordinary achievement and a testament to the culinary talent behind Serliana and Astrea at the InterContinental Indianapolis.

Hundreds of residents, tenants and community members joined us to celebrate Sophia Square Apartments 15th anniversary alongside the City of Carmel, Indiana Government 50th anniversary and the City's Neighborhood Pop-Up.

Sophia Ozdemir served as master of ceremonies at her namesake development, welcoming Sue Finkam for Carmel Mayor , Councilor Teresa Ayers and Keystone Group Founder and Owner Ersal Ozdemir to mark the occasion with live music, local food and drinks, tenant activations and City of Carmel activities.

A transformational project for the Carmel Arts & Design District when it opened 15 years ago, Sophia Square established the vision for a more vibrant, walkable and connected Carmel and remains an anchor in the now nationally recognized city.

The City of Carmel is partnering with Keystone Group to host a special Neighborhood Pop-Up event on Monday, Sept. 28, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Sophia Square Apartments courtyard (110 W. Main Street).

This collaborative community celebration brings together three major milestones into one dynamic evening: a local Neighborhood Pop-Up, Carmel’s 50th Anniversary and the 15th Anniversary of Sophia Square.

Keystone Group and Indy Eleven Professional Soccer Founder and Owner Ersal Ozdemir joined fellow Indiana experts in youth sports and development, City of Westfield - Government Mayor Scott Willis and Capacity Sports Group CEO Ken Kocher, for a panel discussion moderated by Patrick Tamm at the 2026 Convention, Sports & Entertainment Conference in Kansas City.

Drawing from Keystone’s work as master developer of the Grand Park district and Indy Eleven as co-operator of Droplight Grand Park Sports Campus, Ersal shared insights on public-private partnerships, development and creating large scale youth sports districts that transform into live, work, play and stay destinations built for long-term growth.
