From what we can tell, the buyer appeared to be navigating the contract without professional representation, possibly relying on AI tools to fill that gap. When closing day came, it didn't hold together.
Real estate contracts have deadlines, contingencies, and legal obligations. AI can do a lot of things — but it can't show up at the closing table, advocate for you, or catch what you don't know to look for.
