📉 11.7% of homes sold over list price
💰 $355,000 median sales price
🏘️ 10,191 active listings
⏱️ 34 days median time on market

Compared with July, closed sales and active inventory both decreased, while homes spent a little longer on the market. The median sales price remained steady.
