๐๐๏ธ CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS MONTH ๐๏ธ๐
Today marks the beginning of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and this cause is one that has become deeply personal to us.
Weโve seen firsthand how childhood cancer is not as rare as many people believe. When Wynterโs daughter, Emma, was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumor in December 2025, our minds and hearts were forever changed. Through everything, Emma has shown us incredible strength, bravery, and a light that continues to shineโeven on the hardest days. ๐
Her journey has opened our eyes to the many children and families fighting battles that most of us never see. This month, we stand with every child battling cancer, every survivor, every sibling, every parent, and every family who has been touched by childhood cancer.
And weโre asking Wayne County to stand with us. ๐
๐๏ธ GO GOLD ALL MONTH LONG!
Wear a gold ribbon.
Wear gold clothing.
Decorate your home, business, school, or office with gold.
Share your support.
Start a conversation.
Every ribbon represents a child. Every conversation creates awareness. Every show of support reminds a family that they are not alone.
Letโs fill Wayne County with GOLD this September and show our children and families that their community is standing beside them. ๐
WAYNE COUNTY GOES GOLD.
One community. One voice. One child at a time. ๐๏ธ
