Governor Ron DeSantis is backing a proposal that could significantly reduce and potentially eliminate property taxes for many Florida homeowners over time.

The plan includes increasing the Homestead Exemption and creating a path toward greater tax relief for Florida residents.

If approved by voters, this could be one of the biggest changes to Florida homeownership in decades.

Florida homeowners, this is one proposal worth keeping an eye on. 👀

Governor DeSantis is supporting a plan that could provide substantial property tax relief through an expanded Homestead Exemption.

Nothing has changed yet, but if approved by voters, it could mean significant savings for many Florida homeowners.

Most buyers think they know what to expect when buying a home… until the little things turn into big problems.

Opening a new credit card before closing? 🚩

Submitting a super low offer “just to see what happens”? Also not the best strategy.

These are the kinds of mistakes that can cost you the house you fell in love with.
