GIRL. Everyone thinks "ready to sell" means the house is perfect. Staged, decluttered, not a single thing out of place. 😂

That's not it though.

"Ready to sell" is more like sitting at a coffee shop trying to figure out timelines, numbers, and whether this is actually the right move — and still not having it all figured out. It's messier than people think. It's spreadsheets and half-finished thoughts and a coffee that's gone lukewarm because you got distracted thinking about it.

Nobody's fully ready. You just get to a point where "let's figure it out" feels louder than "let's wait." That's it. That's the whole thing.

GIRL. Am I the only one who thinks packing a kitchen is the WORST part of moving? 😩

Everything else I can handle. Clothes — easy. Bathroom — five minutes. But the kitchen? I opened one cabinet and just stood there like... why do I own this many mugs.

Nobody warns you it's not about the big stuff. It's the junk drawer. It's random cords to nothing. It's finding something you thought you lost in 2021.

What's the most random thing YOU'VE found packing up a kitchen? I need to know I'm not alone 😂👇

GIRL. It is currently way past lunchtime and I am STANDING in this line like it's the most important stop of my day. Because it is. 😂

Three showings, a school pickup, and I don't think I sat down once until right now. I almost just kept driving past and told myself I'd "eat later" — we all know later never comes.
