Beach days. Surfing. Boating. These are all Outer Banks activities that are weather dependent. But did you know that there are some Outer Banks realtor tasks that are also weather dependent - like listing photos!

The best photos happen during full sun - and as the person whose job it is to best market the home, it's crucial that I plan the photos around the sun.

So when the weather forecast changed at the last minute, my photographer and I went into plan B mode and met at the house that morning versus the original plan of the following day, which meant I drove there right after my early morning workout, hence the outfit.

It doesn't usually matter - it's not me on the camera, its the house (I'm there to prep the home for the photographer)- but that day turned out so pretty, it was hard not to have a little fun while I was there.

This long post was really to tell you that if you're not already following me on instagram - you should!

Well that didn't take long! Under contract in less than a week and closed in a month! I wish the circumstances for the seller wanting to sell were different, but it's always a pleasure working with him (this was deal #6) and we leaped right over a potential speed bump to get this home to its new owners as planned and pretty darn smoothly!

It also helped to have an experienced and professional team on the buy side. Thanks Edith and Bruce for being great at what you do!
