There is something so special about East Tennessee. Maybe it’s watching the sun come up over the mountains. Maybe it’s sitting on your porch after a long day. Maybe it’s finally having enough land for the kids to run, a garden you’ve always wanted, or simply a place that’s yours.

I am not the agent who just throws a sign in your yard and hopes for the best. I answer my phone, I stay on top of things, and I do not disappear when it gets stressful or complicated.

I have been doing this for 5 years right here in East Tennessee. I know these areas, I know how to position a home so it actually gets attention, and I know how to guide buyers so they do not end up in a bad situation.

I’m working on expanding my resource list for my buyers and sellers, and I’m looking to connect with licensed professionals who are able to work alongside a real estate agent during a contract period.

This could include things like inspectors, contractors, septic companies, surveyors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, lawn care, handyman services, painting, tree removal, cleaning services, etc. If you regularly work with real estate transactions, or would like the opportunity to start I’d love to add you to my list of trusted contacts.

In some situations, payment may need to occur at closing. You absolutely don’t have to offer that option, but it does help to have a few of those resources when I’m building my list for clients.

The deadline to turn in Greenbelt applications for properties purchased in 2025 is quickly approaching!

Get those in by March 15, 2026 to ensure the property stays on the Greenbelt program and no rollback fees are charged.

This is only for properties that have changed ownership or added acreage in the 2025 calendar year. If you haven’t changed anything, you do NOT have to recertify.

The spring market is popping off! 🌷🏡

My phone has been ringing off the hook this week with buyers and sellers ready to make a move, and I love seeing the momentum picking up again.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence waiting for the “right time,” this is your reminder… the market is moving. A lot of people are still comparing today’s interest rates to the ones we saw in 2020. Truthfully, those were historically low and not a realistic baseline to expect long term. What we’re seeing now is actually much closer to the normal range historically.

Homes are hitting the market, buyers are actively looking, and deals are getting done. If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, or even just figuring out what your options are, let’s talk. What are you waiting for?
