POOL FOUND. Keys in hand. Closing day. 🏡💦

This amazing family was referred to me by a close friend and trusted me (after a little rocky realtor experience). They called, we met, and just four weeks later—after touring homes with pools—we closed a full week early on this beauty.

Huge thanks to the lender, title company, and my rockstar team of service providers who jumped in with serious urgency to make this happen. Teamwork really does make the dream work.

The only downside? Dad is the only one who’s seen it in person before the big move… but the countdown to that first family pool day is officially ON.
