My clients closed on this house today. This one almost blew up because of a national VA lender that didn’t want to meet the deadline.... well after many phone calls and explaining to them that if they don’t meet the deadline this will cause a chain reaction of 3 deals falling apart. Bottom line is don’t take no for an answer. My clients signed yesterday in Indiana and we overnighted the originals to Boise. Closed before noon. Let’s go!!!
