My favorite part? Their kids were part of the whole thing. They came along. They had opinions. They felt included. And at the very end, their son got to pull the sign out of the yard.

That might not sound like a big thing.

But to him, it was the moment.

And honestly, to me too.

Jefi is amazing! She helped us sell and buy a new house. The moment we needed her she was calling us. She told us what to do with our house and got it to sell in 2 weeks which was amazing. The buying part got tricky but she was patient and showed us every house we wanted to see. She made the best offers for them and although we fell out of escrow a few times (due to the problems with the houses) we ended up with the house we are truly in love with! She worked tirelessly to get us the house and I’m so happy, I have only been here for a week and it’s just the best house! We have two young kids too and she was super engaging with them as well and made them feel apart of the process as well. My son really wanted to pull out the sign when we were done and she let him do that which was awesome too. I appreciate all her hard work and do miss talking to her.
