Tim Wolter launched into Real Estate in 2003 with a tremendous advantage as he is a true South Orange County Native. Born and Raised in Laguna Niguel, Tim has a strong local network and a deep knowledge base that continues to grow and support his expanding Business. vaulted him to the top 100 of Orange County Realtors with 45 million in Sales Volume and 60 closed transactions. Tim's roots are deep here in South County and that means a lot in an industry like Real Estate where local knowledge can be invaluable. Tim graduated from Dana Hills High School and then UC Santa Barbara in 1996. Baseball kept Tim on track through High School, Saddleback College and short stint with UCSB and the Atlanta Braves Scouting Team here in Southern California. Shortly after, Tim obtained his Teaching Credential and a Masters Degree in Education from CSSB. Tim taught Economics and History in CAPO USD and coached High School Baseball for several years at Aliso Niguel and Dana Hills High School prior to entering real estate. In 2003 Tim was awarded with Rookie of the year at Keller Williams Realty and never looked back. Several years of hard work and dedication to his new trade has vaulted Tim into a wonderful Real Estate Career. “ I love what I do for a living! On a more personal note, Tim has been happily married for over 13 years to his Lovely wife Jaime Wolter. Together, Tim & Jaime balance raising 2 active Boy's: Ryan 11 and Tyler 9 in the busy Suburbs of Ladera Ranch in South OC . Hustling from Listings, the Little League field as a Coach and a occasional Surf Session or game of hoop, Tim stays in in stride with a smooth sense of realism and a Tenacity to Get-It-Done for his clients!
