As a Realtor®, she has won top sales production awards at two of the nation’s largest brokerages. She has become known for her keen ability to stage homes, prepare properties for sale, and achieve the highest attainable price for sellers. Buyers also benefit from her experience managing interior renovations, as Sandra can help them uncover a property’s hidden potential. Her goal is to help homebuyers find that perfect home where they can enjoy life and create lasting memories with family and friends. Sandra enjoys the challenges of adapting to ever-changing markets and learning about each client’s unique needs. Her experience buying and selling her own properties gives her relatable insight into the real estate process, and her positive attitude sets the tone as she guides clients through even the most competitive negotiations with minimal stress. In addition to a business finance degree from California State University, Fullerton, Sandra has a certificate from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach. When not working diligently to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, Sandra likes to spend time with friends and family, take a pilates or yoga class, go for a swim, dine at a great local restaurant, or take a walk through Orange County’s picturesque surroundings. She’s also passionate about animal rescue, and her special dog, Henry, makes sure there are moments of play in every day.

Sandra’s Story

An Orange County native, Sandra has had a passion for homes ever since she can remember. She believes a home is an important part of a person’s life and that it is a personal and special environment in which to relax and entertain, creating memories with family and friends.

She obtained her B.A. Degree from California State University, Fullerton in Business Finance and holds an Interior Design certificate from the Interior Designers Institute, Newport Beach. Sandra has extensive experience managing both residential and commercial design projects, from concept through completion. She is an energetic, caring professional and always makes her clients feel comfortable with her down-to-earth, friendly demeanor. Her focus and priority is on the client, ensuring every detail is handled with great care and keeping her clients informed every step of the way. With her interior design expertise, Sandra has the ability to assist buyers in uncovering a homes hidden potential. Her abilities also allow her to prepare a property for sale, creating a great first impression, ensuring the highest attainable price is achieved, in the least amount of time.
