PDX July Market Update 🏡✨ Inventory for July increased to 3.3 months however it is slightly less inventory than last year by -0.4%. Pending sales went down along with closed sales compared to June. Buyers are still facing challenges with affordability. In order to make it happen strategy definitely needs to be discussed between agents and lenders to look at what scenarios make the most sense.

It was important to the sellers to be able to have rent back so they wouldn’t feel the pressure to find a home right away so we negotiated up to 6 months if needed!! The transaction went so smoothly that the sellers and the buyers wanted to meet for vino. Isn’t that the sweetest?! 🥂✨

PDX June Market Update 🏡✨ We had 13.8% more closed sales than last June which I definitely felt along with 10.2% more than the previous month in May. Although the market saw an increase in sales I will say that each transaction is significantly more intense as it comes to negotiations in repairs, credits and pricing. It makes a world of a difference working with great agents and lenders on both sides!! Shout out to all my hard working peers!

Proud to be recognized as one of NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents and ranked 79 in the Northwest 🏆✨ My passion and drive no doubt comes from my brave mama. At 24 years old, she moved by herself from Chile to Venezuela to ultimately get the proper paperwork to come to the US with the help of my tia. In a time without cell phones, not knowing any English, my mom trusted her gut that this was the best opportunity for a better future. Not much later, she met my charming American hardworking Dad who pulled up in a classy firebird to give her a ride and it was game over! I know there are so many stories just like mine and thought I would share. Just proud to represent both sides of me! Grateful for all the support through my little business!
