Here’s the answer...

Instead of budgeting for landscaping, irrigation, a deck, patio, gutters, window treatments, an epoxy garage floor, and even the washer & dryer after closing, they’re already here.

Built in 2022, so you get the feel of new construction without the post-closing projects.

Skip the post-closing to-do list.

Move in and start living. Spend your weekends enjoying your home, not finishing it. 1-Year Home Warranty included for added peace of mind.

“I just didn’t want to bother you...”

I hear that all the time.

But I promise, you are never bothering me.

You don’t have to be ready to buy or sell to reach out. Whether you’re curious what your home might be worth, have a question about a listing, need a recommendation for a contractor, or you’re just thinking about making a move next year, I’m always happy to help.

Seriously, I love answering random real estate questions and connecting people with great local resources. 😊

If a move is even remotely on your radar, or you just need a recommendation, send me a message anytime. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest advice whenever you need it.

One question I get all the time is, “Do you work in my area?”

Most likely, yes!😊 While most of my business is throughout the south metro and Twin Cities, I’ve helped clients all over Minnesota. And if your move takes you out of state, I can connect you with an amazing agent through my trusted referral network.

If a move is on your radar this year (or even next), let’s chat! Reach out anytime. I’d be happy to answer questions, talk through your options, or help you make a plan. 🏡

Oh hey there 👋 nice to meetcha (insert Minnesota accent, obviously)

If you’re new here, I’m Alyssa. I help people buy and sell homes across the Twin Cities, and I’m here to guide you through it from start to finish.

Most of my free time is spent out and about with my family, cooking something my kids probably won’t eat, or checking out new restaurants.

This is a little intro to who I am, who I help, and what you’ll see here.

Thanks for being here. 😊
