Trash Collection Reminder

Please use only Waste Management trash cans for all household trash. Waste Management will not pick up trash bags or other waste that is left outside of the designated trash cans.

Please also notify the HOA if you see anyone dumping large or unauthorized items in the community.

Residents have reported bat bugs in a Unit at 1263, and a bat was found in a Unit at 1217.

Please be on the lookout for bats or bat bugs in or around your unit. If you notice either, notify the HOA as soon as possible so we can respond promptly.

We are working with our maintenance team to determine the best course of action and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Please notify management if you saw or have information on anyone illegally dumping. This costs our hoa money that could be used on the community.
