"Buyers continue to show confidence in the Lancaster County market," Christina Diehl, president of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, said in a news release announcing the monthly sales statistics. "Even with limited inventory, homes are moving quickly and values remain strong, reflecting the continued demand for homeownership in our community."
