The City of Las Vegas is offering programs to help qualifying residents with **water leak repairs and lead paint hazards**.

💧 **Drip Repair & Intervention Program**
Eligible homeowners may receive up to **$7,500** toward qualifying water leak repairs. Income limits and other eligibility requirements apply.

🏡 **Free Lead Paint Remediation Program**
Qualifying homeowners and rental property owners may be eligible for free lead hazard assessments and remediation. Properties must generally have been built before 1978, and a child under age 6 must live in or frequently visit the home. Income guidelines apply.

📍 Eligibility is limited to properties within the City of Las Vegas jurisdiction. Program funding and eligibility requirements apply.
